Rebecca AG CEO wins "El Paso in Austin Trailblazer Award"

Rebecca Contreras, the CEO of AvantGarde, was honored with the El Paso in Austin Trailblazer Award in October 2024. During the annual reception, Contreras received the award in person at the Downtown Austin Alliance. The proceeds from the event supported scholarships for El Paso high school seniors pursuing higher education in the Austin area.

Trailblazers are nominated by fellow El Pasoans and celebrated at the annual Trailblazers Fall Reception. In addition to being celebrated locally, honorees are recognized back home in El Paso by having the iconic Star on the Mountain lit in their honor.”
