A senior Human Resources/Project Management Professional with over 30 years of experience managing human resources operations both public and private sector. Mr. Myles is currently a Project Manager at AvantGarde (AG), where he consults with Federal AG clients and advises AG contract staff managing expectations, setting priorities, delegating work, interpreting and executing established policy and procedures.
Mr. Myles advises and provides management with appropriate guidance and feedback to help solve varied HR issues. He is adept at establishing, building and nurturing relationships with managers and staff for the purpose of understanding, forming, meeting, executing and achieving goals. His knowledge of HR laws, regulations and policies ensures HR matters are addressed and managed effectively.
His ability to advise, lead teams, and grow client relationships was established and defined while working with multiple Federal agencies throughout his career, including the Department of Labor, Department of Homeland Security, Smithsonian, Department of Education, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts and the National Transportation Safety Board.
