Project Manager
Tamara Davis has 15+ years’ consulting and project management experience providing change management, human capital, and organizational development solutions for federal agencies including the National Transportation Safety Board, The United States Armed Forces, Tricare Management Activity, and the Department of Health and Human Services.

Tamara demonstrates capability in integrating people, processes, and technology to solve business challenges. She leverages proven methodologies and best-in-class practices to successfully develop and implement human capital management interventions and organizational effectiveness programs and initiatives. Her consulting background and leadership skills afford her the uncommon ability to focus on the ‘big picture’ while employing a detailed, flexible approach to drive results. She partners with her clients to tackle various business challenges, engages her customers to improve work processes, and nurtures successful, collaborative relationships with her teams.

Tamara is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified. She earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from George Washington University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from DePauw University. Tamara currently serves as the Project Manager for the Human Resources Management Division of the National Science Foundation.
