Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager at AG, Regina is responsible for leading the organizational solutions and strategy capabilities within the organization. She uses her 20+ years of consulting experience in human capital strategy/implementation, business transformation, organizational change management, communications, strategic advisory, organizational agility and design thinking to lead, manage, facilitate and coach to meet and exceed clients’ organizational and strategic outcomes. Regina’s federal project experience includes the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the U.S. Capital Police, the U.S. Department of Army, the U.S. Department of Treasury.
She has also led the internal strategic planning and messaging efforts within AG.
Regina has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Management from Indiana University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
