Reflecting on FY24: A Year of Growth, New Partnerships, and Expanded Impact

As another federal fiscal year comes to a close, we find it’s the perfect time to reflect on AvantGarde’s continued growth and accomplishments over the past 12 months. In the dynamic and competitive world of federal contracting, our strength lies in building and maintaining trusted partnerships and building a reputation for delivering results to our clients!. We’re proud to celebrate a successful Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24), where we expanded our reach with both new and long-standing clients across our human capital, IT, and business operations service offerings. Looking forward, we remain committed to growing as a trusted partner and delivering outstanding solutions.

FY24 marked a significant milestone in AvantGarde’s journey. As a small business, we continue to refine our competitive edge, learning to excel in the face of increasing competition from larger firms. Our growth this year demonstrates our ability to adapt, building on the solid foundation of established relationships and delivering consistent, high-quality results to our clients. Remarkably, more than 80% of our contracts this year were from returning clients, a testament to the trust they place in us and the excellence our team delivers across all engagements.

Two of our most notable successes this year were securing new business with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) - an exciting opportunity to provide human capital and business services for a vital federal agency – and winning a significant recompete contract with one of our long-term Title II clients on Capitol Hill, a client we’ve proudly supported for nearly a decade. The recompete was intensive, in an environment that is highly competitive. AG didn’t take our long-term relationship for granted, understanding that winning existing work is not guaranteed, and we did our best to put forth our strong performance and highly talented team, ensuring our value-add story was clear. This recompete win of a new broad-based BPA for AG not only affirms our standing as a reliable partner but also enables us to expand the scope of our support in critical operational areas all across the agency. We are thankful our client saw the AG value and we are honored we were chosen to continue our performance.

FY24 also saw the expansion of our footprint with existing clients. At the U.S. Department of Transportation and U.S. Department of Education, we broadened our service offerings, contributing to a greater impact through human capital initiatives. These wins underscore AvantGarde’s ability to not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of our clients.

As we close the chapter on FY24 and look forward to FY25, AvantGarde remains energized and focused on delivering  top talent coupled with top-tier services. With a solid track record of success, we are ready to embrace the new opportunities ahead, strengthen relationships, and drive innovation that benefits our clients.

Lastly we thank our dedicated AG team, especially the highly committed AG managers, senior managers, and employees that are on the front lines delivering results for our clients.  As we ring in the new FY25 we stand ready for the challenges we face and embrace the new year with a commitment to continue to strive for excellence. Here’s to another year of growth, collaboration, and shared success!
