AG Management Team End-of-Year Wrap-Up

On December 3rd, AvantGarde's Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Leads gathered in Washington, DC, for a Management Team End-of-Year Wrap-Up. The event marked the conclusion of 2024 and set the stage for a strong start to 2025.

Attendees shared updates across AG projects, reflecting on accomplishments and key lessons from the past year. The day also included a forward-focused strategy session, with breakout groups collaborating to envision AG’s path forward amidst the opportunities and changes expected under the new administration.
