AvantGarde, LLC Executives Take the Stage at GovHR Conference

AvantGarde, LLC was honored to have its leaders play a key role at the 2025 GovHR Conference, hosted by the Partnership for Public Service in Washington, D.C. This premier event convened more than 370 attendees from over 75 agencies to explore workforce challenges, share innovative strategies, and shape the future of the public sector.

Rebecca Contreras, AG’s President & CEO, opened the conference with a keynote address titled “Leadership in Unprecedented Times.” Her message challenged leaders across government to embrace adaptability, resilience, and courage in navigating today’s rapidly changing environment.

Beverly Babers, AG’s Chief Operating Officer, led an insightful workshop on “Demystifying Hiring Pipeline Data.” Drawing on AG’s deep expertise in workforce analytics, she provided attendees with practical strategies to strengthen hiring pipelines and enhance retention.
