Katherine Kay is an Organizational Development (OD) Consultant with over 10 years of experience leading internal and external OD projects in the public and private sectors. Though well versed in many OD-related areas, she specializes in organizational assessments, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management.
Katherine has designs and implements organizational surveys that examine employee engagement, workplace dynamics, and organizational culture. Her background in Industrial Organizational Psychology allows her to craft tailored surveys that target agency-specific challenges and align with client goals. She also translates the survey data into meaningful, actionable findings and recommendations and supports clients in implementing strategic initiatives based on empirical data.
Katherine is also accomplished in developing and facilitating dynamic leadership development training programs that are informed by the latest research and tailored to the specific needs of the client. Her goal is to empower leaders at all levels through interactive, engaging training that is both practical and applicable.
Katherine earned both her Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
