Eileen Taylor, AvantGarde, LLC’s Director of Human Capital Planning & Operations, provides a wide array of people solutions. Ms. Taylor’s career includes internal HR management and external HR consulting experience building and managing complete human capital platforms including total rewards, performance management, policies, talent acquisition, resource allocation, management training, compliance, competencies, employee relations, communications, payroll, website and social media, telecommunications, equipment, and office management to government contractor, nonprofit, and commercial organizations.
Ms. Taylor holds a B.S. in Business Education from Radford University’s School of Business and Economics, an HRCI SPHR certification; a SHRM-SCP certification; and Virginia Tech Volunteer Leadership Certificate. She co-authored Simplify Social Media for Recruiting, Editor’s Choice award winner and serves on the Board of Directors of the Washington Area Total Rewards Association and DC SHRM Compensation Survey Committee. She was Facilitator/Instructor for a PHR/SPHR certification prep course for Dulles SHRM and a volunteer for Miriam’s Soup Kitchen.
