A prominent illustration of this work is our support at the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ’s) Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys (EOUSA) for more than one decade to modernize its legacy case management systems. The goal is to provide EOUSA and the 93 U.S. Attorneys' Offices nationwide with a robust, agile, and user-friendly case management application (CaseView) that can centralize data, enable real-time analytics, and comply with accessibility standards. CaseView took case management to a new level by enabling nationwide case visibility and information-sharing beyond DOJ. In the past, information was isolated within individual U.S. Attorney offices, but CaseView facilitates communication, ensuring that, for example, Maryland and Virginia offices can track cases against the same defendant. Additionally, AG initiated this project after a previous contract was canceled due to budget overruns and delivery issues, delivering CaseView on time and at a fraction of the prior budget.
In addition to positive feedback from EOUSA and system users, CaseView’s success has led to further opportunities for AG to support DOJ in developing custom applications. This success and AG's growth reflect our commitment to a true partnership with clients; we consistently earn trust through reliable delivery, while our understanding of client needs allows us to recommend new features and innovative technologies to improve their experience and performance.
In another success story, AG has provided comprehensive IT and strategic support to a Title 2 Agency on Capitol Hill, guiding the agency in aligning its IT infrastructure with broader organizational goals. This work started as widespread human capital and organizational development solutions for the CIO, and after several years of building that human capital partnership the agency asked AG to expand our support into IT solutions. This engagement has included strategic planning, change management, operations support, project management, and program development across critical areas. Through AG’s expertise, this office has refined its alignment with organizational strategy, improved project visibility, and built trust with key stakeholders across the organization.
