Lisa Benz is a former Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer with over 30 years of experience in all areas of human capital. She has shaped her federal career to lead and provide management solutions by working with multiple Federal agencies throughout her career, including the Department of Army, Department of Navy, Department of Interior, Department of Treasury, Department of Health and Human Services, Small Business Administration, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts and the Corporation for National and Community Service.
As a Project Manager at AvantGarde, LLC, Lisa manages a team covering operational functions that includes staffing and recruitment, classification, executive services, employee relations, and labor relations for a federal client.
Lisa graduated from Capella University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources.
