With over twenty years of combined experience in both the private and public sector, she is considered a Subject Matter Expert in HR consulting, change management and compensation consultation. She is a strategic business leader that specializes in collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders across the federal, political, military, and corporate sector to achieve human capital objectives. Michelle is known for driving significant and sustainable cultural change through strategic research, data analysis and exceptional leadership. Michelle is a Veteran of the United States Army Reserves and received her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in Communication Studies and Marketing, then went on to obtain her MBA from the University of Maryland University College. She joined the AvantGarde team in December of 2019, as a Project Manager at the Department of Energy.
