Mr. Gregory Krause is a Human Capital Consultant with over 8 years of experience in a variety of Human Capital topic areas. He has worked in various sectors assessing and developing organizations, their workforce, and their leadership capabilities. Through job analyses and the development of key performance indicators, he helps tie performance and engagement directly to organizational outcomes.

Specific focuses include job analysis, competency modeling, change management and communications, strategic human capital management, training development, employee engagement, and survey development.

Mr. Krause graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Radford University where he received an Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
