Starting off you will accrue 15 days of PTO annually. (This is pro-rated for PT.)

You will receive 10 holidays which follow the Federal Government holiday schedule. (This is pro-rated for PT.)

You don’t have to worry about not getting paid in the event of a government shutdown because we provide you with Government Shutdown Pay if you work on site and do not telecommute. (This is pro-rated for PT.)

There are three medical insurance options for you to choose from. (For FT team members.)

If you want to protect your pearly whites, we offer a dental insurance plan. (For FT team members.)

If you need glasses or contacts, enroll in our vision care insurance. (For FT team members.)

Under two of our health insurance options, you can have pre-tax dollars deducted from each paycheck and put into an account to pay for health, dental, or vision care costs like deductibles and co-pays. (For FT team members.)

Enroll in an FSA and have money deducted pre-tax each pay period to get pre-tax reimbursed for Health Care and/or Dependent Care expenses. (For FT team members.)

Daily commuting and parking costs for work really add up, and we want to ease that pain by offering a monthly commuter benefit.

To encourage our people to set aside money for retirement, all AG employees can participate in our 401(k) plan after their first pay check and receive a company match.

No one wants to think about needing life insurance, and you don’t have to, because we cover you with life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance free of cost you. (For FT team members.)

If you work 30+ hours per week, you can enroll in these two supplemental and voluntary benefit plans which pay a cash benefit in the event of critical illness or accidental injury. (For FT team members.)

Work life balance is a cornerstone of our culture. We do our utmost to offer you remote, telecommuting, and alternative work schedule options whenever possible.  If you work on site with a client, having these options is totally based upon the client’s policy.
